Moody Tongue, the world’s first brewery to obtain Michelin stars, is opening its first Florida location, Moody Tongue Sushi West Palm Seaside, on Tuesday, January 7, the most recent addition to its culinary portfolio, on the Hilton West Palm Seaside. Opening beneath the path of acclaimed Brewmaster Jared Rouben and Government Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri, the restaurant will characteristic a 15-course omakase expertise celebrating Moody Tongue’s ardour for exploring hyper-seasonal substances with progressive beer pairings.
Discovered inside the newly renovated Hilton West Palm Seaside, the intimate house will spotlight a standard 14-seat omakase counter and luxe banquette seating. The house will encapsulate the tones, textures and richness of the Moody Tongue model. The contemplative room includes a nod to the ocean, the vibrance of the menu and the colours discovered alongside the shoreline.
